We are back at it again with another episode. This time we reflect on our "Gayby" selves. Jess brought this topic to the table to be DIC'd down after she had a conversation with a "Gayby" who had so many questions and so few answers. That got us to thinking about our younger selves, the questions we had, and if maybe we can provide some answers to those questions and worries we had back then.
In this episode we identify ONE word to describe and (d)efine our younger gay selves and what that word meant to us BACK THEN and NOW. We also explore what we would say to our younger gay selves NOW that we’ve lived a little.
Then we dive into the (i)mpact of what it was like to be our younger gay selves under the definition we stated above, discuss the things we had going for us and the things perceived we needed.
Lastly, we discuss how we can (c)ope in the present.
